DRIVE-IN / THRU
This is a very popular solution that HAIMY has been designing for clients for the past 30 years. Usually this solution is combined with the storage rack solution Selective, Double Deep .In the large-scale warehouse system in Vietnam that HAIMY has implemented, it has brought many economic benefits to customers.
HAI MY's Drive In / Drive Thru pallet racking systems are an investment-efficient, cost-effective solution for increasing inventory capacity. This racking system has a low investment cost per pallet position like Selective warehouse racking. The pallets are placed side by side along the depth of the forklift track system.
Each such deep groove can be designed to hold 2 to 7 pallets or more, and the height of the warehouse racking system can be 3 to 5 floors of such deep grooves.
DRIVE IN RACK
Last in / First out (LIFO)
The Drive In pallet industrial racking system is designed for single-side loading and unloading. With this system, the goods put in later will be taken out first, according to the "Last In / First Out" (LIFO) principle, the deeper the compartment system, the more difficult the operation of the forklift.
However, the guide rails are designed by HAI MY exactly to the forklift dimensions, reducing the possibility of problems.
DRIVE THRU RACK
First in / First out (FIFO)
In contrast to the Drive In pallet rack system, this Drive Thru pallet rack system takes goods in from one side of the system and takes them out from the other side. With this solution, note the goods in the warehouse, the goods that are put in first will be taken out first, according to the principle of "First In / First Out" (FIFO).
At the end of the Drive Thru Rack warehouse system, there is also an entrance for the forklift to pick up the goods.
